General conditions of sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These conditions govern the sales of products offered on the metastyle.tech site by the MetaStyle company.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, photographs and visuals have no contractual value.

Article 3 – Price

Prices displayed are in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR) depending on the customer's chosen currency. Any delivery charges are indicated during the ordering process.

Article 4 – Orders

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured by the payment providers used by MetaStyle.

Article 6 – Delivery

• Order processing time: 48 hours maximum after validation.
• Delivery time: 3 working days after dispatch.
• In the event of a delay beyond our control, the customer will be informed by email.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal & returns

• The customer has 30 days to return their product from receipt.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• For any return request, the customer must contact: contact@metastyle.tech.
• The refund will be made after receipt and verification of the returned product.
