At MetaStyle , we make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer .

Return procedure

1. Contact us by email with your order number.

2. We will provide you with the return address and the steps to follow.

3. After receiving and verifying the item, we will proceed with the refund.

Refund

• The refund is made to the initial payment method within 7 to 14 working days after validation of the return.

• Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
